2010 Grammys for Tokio Hotel?

Alright guys, you may or may not have heard of it but apparently for the 2010 Grammy Awards Nominations, apart from the nominated artists, there's yet another "Other Section" made available. However, here's how the Grammy Awards works; It isn't like the EMAs or whatsoever which the results rely on fans' votings. Decisions are made, possibly among the management itself.
